The principle of SLA technology 3D printer
With a laser focus to the light curing material surface specific wavelength and intensity, so from the point to line, from line to surface sequential solidification, to complete a level drawing operation, then the lifting platform in the vertical direction of a layer of the height, and then cured to another level. This layer upon layer to form a three-dimensional entity. SLA is the earliest practical rapid prototyping technology, the use of liquid photosensitive resin raw materials, process principle as shown in figure. The process is, first through the CAD design of 3D solid model, using the discrete program model section processing, design of the scanning path, data generated by a laser scanner and precise control of elevator movement; the laser beam passes through the numerical control device to control the scanner, according to the design of the scanning path onto the surface of liquid photosensitive resin, so that a the surface layer of resin within a specific area, when after one layer after processing, a section of the components; then lift down a certain distance, the solidified layer covered another layer of liquid resin, and then into the second layer scanning, second cured layer firmly bonded before curing layer, such a superimposed layers into a three-dimensional workpiece prototype. Prototype will be removed from the resin, the final curing, after polishing, plating, painting or coloring treatment to obtain the required product.
